Each face displays your current instruction as it rotates smoothly through the cycle. Customize timing to match your comfort level. INTERVENTION PATTERNS To keep longer sessions engaging, BreathCube includes optional pattern interruptions: • Explosive Exhale — A short, forceful breath release every 7th exhale • Long Hold — An extended breath retention after every 17th inhale These interventions rotate the cube in unexpected directions, preventing autopilot and deepening your practice.
