In this app you'll learn physical and mental practices that will help set you up each morning, get you through each day, and unwind of an evening.

The challenges will teach you new healthy habits that can be applied in your everyday life. From starting your day with a cold shower, sharing a gratitude message with someone you love, or going a day without complaining (it's much harder than you might think).

The short courses are constantly being added to. You'll learn things like the fundamentals of mindfulness, and foundations of yoga.

Physical challenges can be done at home, at the park, or in the gym. Targeting different muscle groups, they will get your blood flowing, improve your cardio, strength and conditioning.
