Based on user feedback we added a setting that will disable the new completion sound at the end of a routine. This setting is turned on by default but if you would like to disable the new sound edit your profile settings. Assuming Audio is turned on the app will then play only the original end sound regardless of whether a routine was completed or not.

Added a new sound indicator that distinguishes between when a routine is fully completed versus has been terminated prematurely. Fixed a number of minor bugs and cosmetic issues.

Added an ability to share the app as a step towards breath routine sharing that is coming in version 2. Removed an arbitrary BPM limit to allow users to dial in higher breath rate routines like Wim Hof. Fixed a number of cosmetic issues and some small bugs.

Fixed a number of small errors and added a Rating request after the user has completed a number of routines.

Fixed couple of issues that were the result of iOS 14.5 release.

Designed new customized popup messages for providing feedback during practice streaks. Minor UX improvements and bug fixes.

Added some additional SoundSets and a number of UX improvements including some popup congratulations messages when you have a practice streak in progress as well as an invitation to rate the App on the App Store for experienced users. Also fixed a number of minor bugs.

Added New Video to the Onboarding Section, Improved Practice Results UX, Minor Bug Fixes

***App always retrieves latest Pre-made routines*** now every time the app is launched it will load the latest pre-made routines and then add any user created routines so that users always have the most complete and up to date set of routines that are available. Also includes a few minor UX improvements

**New Practice Calendar View*** This view is available from the home Category List View. Their is a calendar icon in the upper right of this view which when clicked provides a view of the current and previous months practice results. Days where no practice activity took place have no marking, days where user did not achieve 80% of their daily practice goal have a red dot and days where they attained 80% of their daily practice goal are in blue. Also anytime a user has achieved 80% of their goal for 4 consecutive days or more they will see the practice dates marked in blue with a flashing gold star to mark the practice streak! Also a few improvements / bug fixes.

***Added several short videos to the Onboarding Cards*** These are designed to provide information on why breathing practice is vital and also to acquaint the user with some How To orientation for the Apps key features. Minor bug fixes.

*** Users may now choose EITHER the number of times a pattern should repeat OR the number of minutes for a pattern (as was previously the case).*** To toggle between these options the user simply taps on the timer or X symbol next to the number picker when creating a new routine. Also made a number of refinements and minor bugs fixes.

***iCloud Support*** In conjunction with the release of the Mac version of breatheX we are also releasing iCloud support that allows all user data (including routines, logs, and user preferences) to be shared across all the devices that are logged into an iCloud account. This allows you to move seamlessly between the iPhone, iPad or Mac and always have the very latest changes. Enjoy!

***New WebLinks Tab for breatheX Info*** Added a new tab to the WebLinks view to allow videos and blog articles to be separated from all the other Web Resources that are available. This tab will be dedicated to How To videos and blog articles that help the user get the most out of the breatheX App. Minor bug fixes / improvements.

***HoldLog and BPMLog Enhancements*** Users can now remove unwanted HoldTimes or BPMTest results from their respective logs by doing a long press on the specific BarChart item they wish to delete. Minor UX improvements.

***NOW SET BREATHS PER MINUTE DIRECTLY*** Added a new capability to adjust the Breaths Per Minute (BPM) setting directly when creating a new routine. This means users can first set the relative times/ratios for the phases of the breath such as: Inhale = 2 sec, Retain = 1 sec, Exhale = 4 sec and Sustain = 1 sec which would equate to a 7.5 BPM given those specific timings. But now the user can also dial in a specific BPM say for example 5.5 BPM that will automatically adjust the intervals using the same ratios as originally established (ie. 2-1-4-1). This allows users to create breathing patterns and then tune them specifically to their needs / desires.
