The BRX app packs 40+ exercises delivered in 5-10 minute tracks. Whether you need to focus before an important event, take a moment to decrease your anxiety, or get some deep, restorative sleep, BRX has you covered.

We’ve partnered with specialists in the fields of music, science and tech, from psycho-musicologists to acclaimed audio producers to proficient app developers to create an experience like no other. Designed to Power Up, Power Down and Lounge/Chill, it uses biometric triggers to recommend the right exercise at the right time.

One way to quantify your wellbeing using biometrics is your heart rate: increased when excited or nervous, and decreased when relaxed or in deep focus. BRX fully integrates with Apple Watch and Apple Health, so you can monitor your heart rate activity while doing a session and examine your progress.

“Story mode” allows tech-savvy users to connect their Web3 platforms to activate Project:BRX, the interactive lore that follows protagonist Binary on their allegorical mission to improve the world’s mental fitness. This app is a game-changer!

I want to start this review with some background. I
am a yoga instructor and a food educator, I have
been practicing yoga for 12 years and I worked
under an integrative medicine specialist for 4 years.
I understand the importance of sleep and
meditation but I've personally always struggled with
these two aspects of my life. My yoga mentor early
on recognized my struggle with meditation and
taught me to use a candle to focus on while
meditating but that is not something you can do
everywhere, I struggle with anxiety so I needed to
find something. Breathonics has not only helped my
meditation practice but completely improved my
sleep habits. The first few nights of using
Breathonics I woke up in the morning almost groggy
because I got 7 whole hours of good sleep! I can't
even remember the last time I got 7 hours of sleep! I
use to listen to music or history documentaries to
sleep but that would have me waking up every hour
or so due to crazy dreams and not being able to fall
back asleep some nights, 4 hours tops a night.
Breathonics app is easy to use and seriously a game
changer!!! Do yourself a favor and give this app a
try, you won't regret it.
I could go on and on about the health benefits of
sleep and mediation but if you're considering
getting this app your probably like me and know the
importance and just struggling with them.

Great Tool for Mental Health 👍🏼

I typically listen to guided meditations in the morning to kick off my day, but ever since downloading this app, I’ve been using this a lot more.

It’s nice to switch it up and do breathing exercises rather than listening to guided meditations or using no audio at all. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll still continue to do those, but it’s nice to add some variety and challenge myself in a different way. After each session I’ve done, I always leave feeling more calm, grounded and focused which I think can be beneficial to anyone!

Only complaint right now is, and it can probably be fixed with an update, is that I sometimes can’t end the session and it doesn’t count towards my progress. Other than that, this app is a great tool to add in your mental health toolbox. Thank you, Breathonics 🙌🏼

5 mins out of 24 hour day

I love breath work but I have a hard time being disciplined. The app is great because it has 5min exercises with great information before you commit to it, like intensity and intention. Furthermore I’ve been using the app for only 2 weeks and notice capacity of lungs increased significantly. When running I can breathe and have over all awareness of my breath more then before using. This changed my routine of doing a extreme exhausting 40 min breath work once a month to 5-10 mins every day. I love the app & im excited to see what additional healthy habits curate from incorporating this work.
