This app comes in clutch when you need it.

This review is going to possibly be a whole essay so for those who don’t want to read it, download this app it is absolutely amazing!

If you are one to have anxiety in social places this app is so discrete to use and the actions of just breathing in the formation it tells you to, is also discrete.

I get really stressed at malls and this app is perfect for those moments I don’t need any volume to use this app I just have to hold the phone feel the vibration and know if I need to inhale, exhale, or hold.

I was having anxiety at my dentist appointment and this app definitely came in clutch.

I love the style of this app, how simplistic it is and the color combos are so pretty so this app is very pleasing, calming, and simplistic which is what I need when I’m stressing out.

Even if I have to do 16-30 cycles of the stress buster it still helps me become more relieved quicker then any other thing or app I have used.

This app deserves more recognition and eyes on it because it definitely is the app of the year for me.

Also it’s not just for anxiety and when you stress out, this app can help you to become more focused, more sleepy, or just a quick practice to boost up your lung health.

This app is gold, so please give it a try!

So simple and easy to use!

I have been having a hard time falling asleep and came across Breethr. Love the simplicity of the app and the easy-to-follow instructions. I especially love the exercises that have some “hold” times in between (check out Sleep 2 and Lung Health). The vibration is particularly helpful for me so I can keep my eyes closed while doing the quick exercises. Overall I’m very happy with the app and the exercises did help calm myself down and prep my mind for bed. Looking forward to them adding more exercises to the app!

Perfect find

I’ve recently been noticing that I really need to work on my breathing - that I take a lot of shallow breaths and always hold my breath when focusing and have learned that it’s not good for my body. This app is exactly what I’ve been looking for to learn better breathing habits and I love that it offers different options for different situations throughout my day!
