Keep track of the beans you have and which bag to brew next. TRACK FLAVOUR PHASES Use adjustable rules to follow resting, peak-flavour windows, and later phases after roasting. Set reminders to help you decide when to brew a bag. These phases are brewing guides, not expiry dates or food-safety assessments. LOG EVERY CUP Save your brewing method, equipment, dose, water temperature, brew time, grind setting, coffee-to-water ratio, rating, and tasting notes. Build a history you can refer to instead of relying on memory. LEARN FROM YOUR OWN BREWS Review recent brews, compare parameters and ratings, and explore parameter ranges from your better-rated cups. As you record more, BrewPhase can offer more useful insights into your personal brewing habits. ASK ABOUT COFFEE Explore coffee topics through the built-in knowledge base and your own bean, brew, and tasting records. Find context for brewing questions and ideas for what to adjust in your next cup. LOCAL-FIRST BY DESIGN No account or login required. Your coffee records and photos are stored on your device, and core features work offline. Export a complete JSON backup or CSV tables whenever you need your data. Advanced settings let you configure your own Ollama service. If enabled, your question text and relevant retrieved excerpts are sent to the server address you specify. Without this optional integration, BrewPhase’s core features remain available offline. From tracking a bag to learning from every cup, BrewPhase helps make your coffee journey more thoughtful, personal, and consistent.
