Makes no sense
When you add a video to one of your classes, it will not show how it is stored. Furthermore, it’s very difficult to keep track of where you put the video(s) or picture(s). From my perspective, it relies heavily on memorization. I would rate 1 star if I could.
Y tho
Every kid I n my class got it working after an hour and a half except me cuz the app said it was not compatible with my school!?!?? I tried 8 times before giving up, I reset my phone, re download the app changed WiFi used cell service, an nothing. Also SUPER CONFUSING!!!!
Can’t Switch Accounts
I have 2 kindergarteners and this app has made it IMPOSSIBLE to just switch accounts back and forth for each child. Who invented this confusing and non functional app? Good grief!

Have you tried using the At Home mode so that you can switch between your kids? The At Home mode was created for families using Portfolio at home with one device and multiple students. If your kids have separate devices they can use the My Device mode logging in once with their Brightspace login and they will stay logged in.
