Great idea, but sticky app on IOS

We’ve been using Broadly for years and like all the features it offers. My only complaint, and it’s an important one, is that I find their iOS app sticky. When I get a notification that a client has texted and clicked to open Broadly to respond, all I frequently get is a white screen. I’ve talked to Support about this several times, but the only way to resolve it and get it to work normally for a while is to delete the app and reinstall it. Otherwise it’s a great concept.

Doesn’t work on iPad.

This app does not work on my iPad Pro with the current iOS. When I tap on the broadly icon the screen goes all white and that is it. I even tried deleting and reinstalling twice now but still not working.
