Frustrating at best!
I have been using this app since March. 1) It doesn’t ring simultaneously to the desk phone. Typically, incoming calls ring 2x before the app starts ringing. 2) There’s a lag time between when I answer and when the caller can hear me. 3) It’s awkward to transfer calls for two reasons: it’s cumbersome to find the transferee and the caller can still hear everything you do while you are making the transfer. 4) When calls are answered on another device, they continue to ring on the phone app. This is a fairly recent, but extremely intolerable problem. Oftentimes this ends after ~4 unnecessary rings on the app, but (and I kid you not about this!) yesterday it rang a good 5 minutes on the app after a call had been answered and completed on another device. When you are working remotely you can’t tell that this is a “dead” call so it ends up being a distraction and waste of time to deal with it.
Possibly a scam
This app is terrible. Calls drop. When you do answer there can be this loud beeping sound then the call will drop. There is no clear way to transfer calls. Some of the main lines that callers should be going to don’t work. & lately spoof or scam calls are coming in. Even to my direct line. The app is calling ppl and these ppl return the call saying we called them when that is not the case. Also when the app is on do not disturb still directs calls to you. Extremely frustrating. A good app that works is GOOGLE VOICE just use that instead. Works 100x better than this terrible app
Worst phone app I’ve ever used. Drops calls almost every time. When you answer the phone it doesn’t start the conversation. Every time I have to ask hello, multiple times. The functionality of the app is all over the place. The welcome screen is the messages section which is useless in most cases. The app constantly logs you out. Prepared for missed calls. The “do not disturb” function is useless. It doesn’t work. It still alerts you for phone calls and messages. This is the most frustrating calling app I’ve ever used.
