With the aid of the app, subscribers may now connect their Broadway in Atlanta account to access their season tickets for Broadway in Atlanta at the Fox Theatre for mobile entry. Needs work
The app is pulling information from an old Broadway ATL account associated with an old email address and won’t allow me to sign in with a new email address associated with my Ticket Master account. I have deleted the app a few times hoping it would fix the problem without success. I have to download the app to my wife’s phone (or a friend’s phone) to access my tickets - huge obstacle.
Awful App
Most of the time you can’t even see your tickets. It’s awful and getting worse. Really poor customer service experience.
Can’t even sign in
The old app was limited in its utility, but at least it let you sign in. This is a huge disappointment.
