Lowries Run Road Bruster’s our new favorite place to get ice cream! If I have my dogs in the car they know when we are close and both start whining until I stop for puppy sundaes! The staff are so pleasant and happy to serve. If I have been undecided on which fabulous ice cream to chose for me, their suggestions have never steered me wrong! The seasonal flavors are fabulous! I have had the Apple caramel crunch in November, omg yummy! I have tried the December’s Gingerbread man and just last night I had their Peppermint bark sundae both are FANTASTIC!!!The store itself is very neat and clean as well as the parking lot and property the store sits on. It’s hard to drive past without stopping. It’s just too inviting ! My compliments to the owner/operator Erinn Pierotti!

I signed up originally at the Brewster store with my phone number and email address. I recently downloaded the app and attempted to login but the only option I had was email. I entered my email and chose forgot password. The app told me I did not have an account. I then tried to sign up again, in case my account had expired, and was told my phone number was already associated with an account. There was no option to login using a phone number.Also, when I tried to filter and sort the list of ice cream flavor options, there was or enter button, and I could not see away to commit my filter options. I eventually used the close button, but that did not filter the list. This app is difficult to use, it is not intuitive, and I don’t recommend it. Either order your ice cream in person at the location or pick a new ice cream shop.

Compared to other great mobile apps for fast food and restaurants, Bruster’s leaves a lot to be desired. I am surprised this appIs rated so highly. It is a very basic app that is only useful for generating a barcode to earn rewards (and even then you can simply provide your phone number at the counter). Everything else in the app kicks you out to the website, and the app doesn’t even remember what your preferred location is. When you want to browse the menu I still have to manually enter a location each time. I’m not sure why it even asks for location information. If this app had a native experience like Wendy’s or Starbucks it would be so so much better. As it is, I feel it’s better to just go to their website directly through your mobile web browser.

I love Bruster’s, but they are few & far between here in Florida. I am having trouble logging into my acc. I received an email regarding $3 off, but after opening the app and entering my log in and password the keyboard will not go away for me to select login. The page will not scroll down or move for me to select log in. Also is there any plans to open a shop in south Florida, preferably West Palm Beach? The only Bruster’s I know of are in Winter Springs & Titusville, but I live in Delray Beach. Thank you, Jennifer
