Waste of money

Every time I hook the BT1 my I phone cannot connect to it. There's no number to call when you need help right away. There's not enough time to wait for a response to an e-mail. ????? I wasted over 100$ on a useless device. When I first got it it worked, till my check engine light came on a year later. Works great if there's no check engine or service engine light on. I wish there was a number I can call, but they got my money over a year ago. I guess I'll just drive it to the GM dealer and let a real scanner work and get charged a less amount than I paid for this device. :( how about a warranty on this product????????ok I guess I can't submit this till I give you one star so here it goes.

It couldn't even tell me what car I was driving

Successfully connected to bluetooth on my phone, opened program...and it asks me for my vehicle info? Then searches for recall info using the information I just entered when a google search wouldve done the same thing. Not sure what this is for or why I have to buy a cable to do what this $120 product claims to do, but needless to say I'm disappointed. This product and program fall far short of the features something like this should be capable of.
