I absolutely love this place. It’s consistent, the food is always incredibly fresh, and their prices remain fair no matter what the economy is doing. AND THR FOOD IS HEALTHY!! They load up their portions like they know fresh food expires if they don’t sell it fast ;) And the workers are so friendly. It’s my go-to even when I’m not hungry but need to eat. (As a side note, the owner of the brand doesn’t pay himself millions, he takes a good salary but invests the rest; I appreciate this about the company as a whole.)

1. Why can’t it ever be easy. Why can’t I edit an old order as I should be able to do. Says to tap on item but then nothing happens. 2. Try to start new order and somehow had old order (that I could not edit) in the order. After selecting chips my order was over $40 because it was including an earlier order I tried to edit unsuccessfully...ugh. 3. Finally, went to menu and this allowed me to start new order.
Frustrated!!!

Hello, Batman here. Cool nickname I know, thanks. I just want to shoutout innovation and creativity and that seems to come the form of Mexican Fusion. Bubbakoo’s does this to the max! You want to experience flavor, they have that, you want to keep it classic yet tasty, they can do that. You want to try something new 30 days in a row, they excel at that. I am the first Legend of the Avon Ohio location and I will be the number 1 fan for years to come!

Been a customer of bubbakoos for years. This new update of the app is certainly better than the old app, however it’s still got it’s annoyances. Mostly, when you leave the app (to I don’t know maybe read a text to put in an order for a friend), the menu thing pops up and you CANNOT hit the x to close it. If this gets fixed the app is pretty much set.
