Very useful
I’ve been a long time user of BuildZoom and this app has made managing my projects much easier. Big improvement over trying to use the website online. Would recommend to any contractor!
Support team is nonexistent
I download it build zoom try as a lead service. I got a few leads generated that lead to no possible work, but still wanted to give you the benefit of the doubt I sent the jobs I had to trash and then stopped receiving any type of leads. I contacted customer service five times so far and have not gotten any response, but if you go on her main page you can text and talk somebody and they say that they will get right to you with customer service and send any problem. They have two support teams so they can follow up and still nothing happens not a way to do business.
Good app
I’ve had some success with this company. I’m glad to see them making improvements and now they have an app, it will be easier to manage the jobs leads that come in.
