Thank you so much for coming here to check out my new fitness app. I am so grateful to be given this opportunity to help you reach your goals when it comes to health and fitness. My passion for fitness started when I was 25 years old and during that time I let fitness control my life. I was scared to eat out in fear of weight gain, scared to go a day without tracking every single piece of food that went into my mouth, scared to take a rest day thinking I would lose all of my progress. Over the years I've learned that balance is key and fitness should compliment your life, not control it. Let me help you find that balance. - Becky

Becky has transformed her mind and body all from home using free weights and has achieved amazing results as well as confidence. Within the app you will find follow along full length workouts where she will struggle, sweat and sometimes swear with you. Whether you're looking for weight lifting, cardio, abs/core - Built by Becky has got it all!

So many women have had life changing results from following these programs and Becky's method of slow and controlled movements will have you finally feeling that mind to muscle connection that makes all the difference in gaining muscle. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced lifter, Becky has crafted these programs to work for all fitness levels.


NUTRITION
Becky will be continuously adding her meals/recipes to the nutrition section of the app. You will find meals that are high in protein, easy to prepare, and delicious. There is no fad diet or strict meal plan. Becky is a self described "lazy cook" but her meals are so simple and nutrient dense that it's almost genius. No complicated dishes, perfect for life on the go or someone who just doesn't like spending lots of time preparing their meals. Becky never restricts foods and always leaves room for a treat. If you're going to train like Becky you're going to get hungry and you will need to fuel your body with enough nutrient dense food to give you the energy to put in the work. Let her show you exactly how she does it - it might surprise you how easy it can be!

WORKOUT PROGRAMS
Whether you are a beginner or an advanced lifter, there is a program for you. Becky has designed each program to perfection with her favourite exercises to give you incredible results all from home using minimal equipment. All you need to do is dedicate 30-50 minutes of your day! Within the workouts, some exercises will have a 'swap' feature with a list of alternate exercises to choose from. Maybe you need an easier exercise or you don't have the listed equipment. We've got you covered.

CHAT FORUM
The BBB Ladies Lounge grew to popularity on Facebook with the BBB 6 Week Challenges and we are happy to announce that we are putting the Ladies Lounge on the app so everyone can connect, help each other and just share their journey. Its so motivating to see and hear from other people who are on the same path as you. So many lifelong friendships have been made through the Ladies Lounge and we are so excited to see this continue on the app.

Health and fitness is definitely a lifestyle. Becky has tried so many of the fad diets and been through so many of the mental barriers of the journey. She's finally found a sustainable way to maintain balance with exercise and diet that doesn't result in binge eating or burning out. You need to do this for YOU. Focus on feeling better and being healthier. Stay consistent and in time the results will show. You are so important and you deserve to feel your best.

Buggy app. Needs improvements.

This app is definitely buggy. It’s supposed to track your workouts, but this app always tells me I’ve missed a workout even when I’ve completed it in full and made it all the way to the complete workout button. It still gives me an X on the calendar as if I’ve missed it. Also, the workouts allow you to track your weights used (great) but when you do the workout again, it doesn’t show you your last weight used or how many reps you did. Would be great to show you so that you can actually track your progress and do more the next time you do the same workout.
The actual workouts are good but I will not be renewing the subscription purely for those reasons above which annoy me. There are other apps that have great programs and less buggy. I will probably check it out in another year because I do love Becky’s workouts and physique and I want to support her. However I will wait til she’s got this app a bit more nailed down. I have faith it will get better I just don’t have the finances to keep paying for an app that isn’t quite as good as others out there. Thanks for the great workout program , I’ll be back 👍

Hey girl, I’m sorry you experienced all these issues during my first couple weeks of launching the app. You’ll be happy to hear that I’ve made major improvements that will totally change your experience. Great workouts but App is buggy/inconsistent

Becky’s workouts are fantastic for home or gym (I usually do them at the gym so I can use heavier weights and use cable and weight machines too). HOWEVER, the app needs a lot of improvements, especially in the workout tracking department. When I complete a workout all the way through to select the “complete workout” button the app picks and chooses where it wants to show that the workout is complete with the green check mark. For example- today I completed an “hourglass” workout focusing on glutes and quads. When I look at the “hourglass 6 week challenge” tab, that workout is not showing as completed (even though past workouts do), nor is it showing as completed on the calendar bar along the top edge on the home page. But if I click on the calendar, it shows the green check as completed. Another example is that if you are entering your reps and weights after each set, there is not a chart available that shows your progress. These are two of the bugs that make using the app a pain if you are an organized person and like to keep track of your workouts- and like the credit/satisfaction of seeing the green check. For the price, there are far better apps to use to keep track of workouts and progression. You can honestly follow her workout templates from her IG account and then use another app like Setgraph or FitBod to track sets, reps, and progression much easier.

I’m so sorry to hear that you are experiencing these issues with the app. I wish you would have reached out to me before you left this review because I could have helped you understand how the app works a little better. There is a place to view your tracked history for reps and weights (2 places, actually). You can also move your days around on the weekly planner to show when you’re doing them. If you are completing a workout that you missed from a previous day you need to move it to your current day and it will mark as completed on your home page.
My app has only been available for 6 months and it has come a long way in such a short time. I continue to invest back in to it each month to make it better for the subscribers. It has over 100 full length workout videos so you can do the workouts exactly how I do them and my 6 week challenges give you approximately a 1 in 20 chance to win $1000usd if you complete them. If you ever have any questions about how the app works please message me - I will personally help you.

Okay but…

I’ve had the app since it launched and the fact that it has to “update” every time I open it is annoying. But maybe that’ll pass after all kinks are worked out. I also wish we didn’t have to have audio or could have an option to not use the demo videos. Sometimes I just want to lock my phone and go, but when I do that it completely closes my workout and I have to click all the way through to get back to where I was or I’ll “miss” a workout. Lately the app has been glitching and forcefully shutting down Even after deleting & reinstalling. Her content is great & the workouts aren’t bad, but the app needs work for sure.

Hey, thank you for joining my app! The updates were definitely more frequent during the first few months of launch. That was due to me and the development team making adjustments to the app to correct issues like you have mentioned in this review. There is an option to mute the audio on the videos in the top corner of the screen. My app also has almost 100 full length follow along workout videos so you definitely don’t have to just follow the video demos. Also if you do lock and close your phone you are essentially shutting down the app so I do not recommend doing that while viewing videos. Any issues with app glitching and shutting down are currently fixed and are usually due to bugs that occur when Apple or Google release a new software version but my team always fixes them as soon as we are notified of the problem.
