Are you building a new home with a Builder on Builtzer? The digital platform connects New Home Buyers and New Home Builders during the home-building process. Building a home should be exciting, and Builtzer’s goal is to make it just that! Buyers can easily access shared key documents such as Selections, Purchase Agreements, etc., view home progress images, access Builtzer Tracker - the home building progress tool, store key contacts such as lenders or homebuilding representatives, and so much more! The notification-based messaging system allows for concise and timely updates to New Buyers throughout the building process. Oh, and once you close on your new home, everything stored on Builtzer will be saved for your convenience to access later!

To successfully find new home builders in your area, you need to provide the city and state in which you are looking for build your new home in. If that information is not include, your profile cannot be complete, resulting in a error message.
Not loading /fixed with update 8/28
Update: app was updated. Started this week… the app is not loading…. Just spinning with a white screen.
