The app is 80/20

This app is good. Just hate when you turn off your card it won’t let you turn your card on when you need it to use it or turn off you card. This is very annoying but it will work two hours later. Don’t turn off your card near the Burbank Mall Area. Card won’t turn on if it’s off or if it’s on it won’t turn off.

They need to fix this issue because I’m tired of not able to function it.

No bill pay without safari

If you are using an IOS device bill pay is not available on the app if you have another browser other the safari as your default.

Since the launch of the new app the bill pay feature would not show up at all. I called Gain and spoke with a representative and sent an email. Long story short, I reinstalled the app multiple times, reset all settings on my phone, deleted potential conflicting apps then finally figured out that it is because I use Chrome as my default browser that bill pay would not show up on the app.

I did not receive any help from Gain but was made to feel like I simply was not looking hard enough for the bill pay feature. Hopefully that bug is fixed in the future.

I belonged to a credit union that was associated with my work.
My daughter belonged to BCU (GAIN)
I was so disappointed with my FCU & every time I accompanied my daughter to her bank. i was impressed with the people & service
I finally jumped ship & never looked back
NOT a regret one ... Everything about Gain from personal, international transfers, & the app itself is fantastic. I wish there were 10 stars here ! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
