Love the app!
I absolutely love how easy it is to complete transactions, especially because I’m about 45 mins away from the physical bank. Saves me a lot of time and gas $$. I once moved to Missouri for work & still kept this bank, after trying others and wasn’t happy. The only thing I miss is opening the app & having Emu (alpaca) ask me how he can help? Lol

I love the new design and layout of the new app. Especially the customizable dashboard and the different tabs. It just flows a lot better than the last one. I had trouble remembering my password and was able to get in contact with someone who helped me log in fast and easy! There do seem to be a few bugs from time to time so hopefully those will get sorted out.
