Can’t add time on App. Time Calendar greyed out.

I’ll just keep using the desktop version on mobile because I can actually add time to my projects which I am unable to do in this app. Calendar is grayed out and only shows me the dates that I’ve previously billed time to. I’m inside the project. I go to the time and then try to add and it won’t let me. if I go to the expenses within the same project and let’s meet at expenses so I know the project to set up. I can go to the project on desktop and add time and submit time there so something is buggy on here

I'm giving one star because, while the idea of the app is great, there is a significant issue with customer service availability. Customer support needs to be open 24/7 and efficient, not just during limited office hours. When problems arise, timely assistance is crucial. Unfortunately, I had a very frustrating experience because your customer service was closed when my issue could have still been resolved, and by the time I could reach someone, it was too late. This caused a lot of unnecessary trouble.I strongly recommend reviewing your policies to improve efficiency. I hope I don't have to use this app again.

this app is a nightmare, it’s like it doesn’t recognize my finger, same with pressing ANY submission button, it’s impossible, and I had to go on my laptop to finish my onboarding paperwork. Furthermore, trying to set the correct date on my time card for mileage simply isn’t possible - again it’s like the submission buttons just don’t work. The only positive thing I can say is that the layout is simple to understand and user-friendly.

It wasn’t working before the update, so I thought updating iOS would fix it. 2 hours later. Nope. I need my tax info. 🙄 Going to the website.
