The app is home to Burn Boot Camp Live, our signature 45-minute boot camp live-streamed Monday - Friday at 9 AM EST. Work out at home or on vacation with Burn Boot Camp On Demand. Access hundreds of videos featuring content like 20-minute Quick Camps, Form University, Kids Camps, and recovery videos like stretching, foam rolling, and yoga.
Our next-generation app will provide users with exactly what they need and expect: an easy, convenient way to get the very best in workouts, nutrition, activewear, equipment, and more.

App Upgrade = Headache
I was excited about the app upgrade and all of the new offerings. But, there were so many members who experienced issues within the first week, which were reported and supposedly being worked on. 3+ weeks later issues are still happening. One day it works fine, and then the next day it tells you that you have zero camps and wants to charge you again to sign up. Today, after a few days of working fine it merged my memebership profile with my kids profile. I’ve given up on it and just plan to show up everyday. I’ll keep track of my own camps. I’m glad I am not paying extra for the on demand because the basic free version doesn’t work. maybe next time they will roll it out to a select group of users and get all the bugs worked out before rolling it out to the thousands of members.

Virtual camps
I was a “virtual” member of my local Burn for a very long time and now I’m using Burn On Demand. I think the online trainers are great and the camps, with several modifications available, are generally very good. Fortunately, I have had little technical issue with the app itself I’m 65 yrs old and although in pretty good shape, I’m not as agile as many of the younger members so exercises like power rolls (on a tile floor!) are challenging for me. I really appreciate being given an alternate exercise to do and hope you’ll continue in that manner. In a similar vein, I don’t have a Burn Bar or a plyo box to work with so I’d appreciate being given alternatives for those pieces of equipment ongoing. Keep up the good work!
Is there a possibility the live stream camps could get a date stamp? I think that could be helpful if someone wants to revisit a camp and forgot to mark it as a favorite. Thanks for the consideration.

New App upgrade is NO GOOD!
Why was this upgrade necessary? My phone seems to have done an automatic update and now I am unable to log in period! Before the update everything was fine. It’s been over two weeks now and I can’t book my camps online like I like to and I travel a lot during the winter months with my sons sports so being able to book at other locations has been nice using the app. I’m very frustrated that I can’t seem to get it to work no matter what. I’ve done every troubleshooting I can think off including uninstalling the app numerous times and I get the same results! Our local owner has put in a ticket but it seems like nothing is getting fixed and I’m not the only one with this issue. Please find a resolution quick so that I can enjoy my monthly membership to the fullest! I’ve been a day one member I’m Battle Creek and I really am disappointed with the new upgrade that limits me from doing things I am used to prior to it.
