Classes are good but...

I really like the classes and they have definitely come in handy while social distancing. I have two issues though. First the casting option does not work EVER. Every time I try to cast the app closes itself. My second issue is more major. The whole concept of this app is that I should be able to connect with my friends so that we can hold each other accountable. The group workout has worked once for maybe 5 mins. After that we kept getting an error notice. It’s extremely annoying. Please fix it or stop advertising this as a feature.

Good plan but execution is awful

I’ve had this program for 1.5 - 2 years now through my health insurance. As someone who works out from home, I love the premise of BurnAlong. There is a huge variety of classes and I’ve even found some favorite instructors. With that being said, things have gone considerably down hill since they started trying to “revamp” things end of 2020/beginning of 2021. Half the time I’m locked out of my account, the other half I can’t get the videos to actually play all the way through. I usually get 30-90 seconds of instruction before it freezes (and it’s not my connection). Another super annoying thing I’ve discovered is that the videos available on the app do not match the website. Very very disappointed with BurnAlong.

Keeps things fresh on the go

As an avid fitness person with a very inconsistent and BUSY schedule having access to Burnalong on my phone and my computer keeps me on track - keeps me from coming up with too many excuses. Typically I take yoga classes, but I’m looking forward to trying some new classes with my new workout regime! Whether I’m looking for an early morning movement class, a meditative class or a high energy workout - I have been able to find classes to fit each category! Love how portable the app makes Burnalong and there are so many new classes to try - it keeps things fresh! Love it!
