Once you download Buzztime Entertainment, simply login or register as a new player to unlock these buzzworthy features:

Important Notes
The Buzztime Entertainment app is designed to be used in conjunction with the TVs at your favorite Buzztime location. The app is a convenient alternative to using the Buzztime tablet.
You may use your mobile network or the location’s wireless (wi-fi) to connect and play with your iPhone.
The Buzztime trivia network goes live at 11 a.m. in your local time zone. If you try to log in prior to 11 a.m., you may get an error message that no games are available. Just wait until 11 a.m. to log in.

So I like using the app so far when it’s working properly. Had a connection issue last night, but previously been working fine. I don’t like turning on my location on my cell phone to play though, especially when it shows locations and I tell it where I am playing. Still would like to see the answer knowledge after questions and especially it saying Question # blah blah blah Answer...Question # blah blah blah Answer... It just says question then points/answer then immediately into question w/o notification so if your looking at the phone and not the screen as well you don’t know to get ready for the next question.
Good Beta - but really need all games!
Hubby and I are so dedicated to trivia that we did not update iOS for years so the old app would still work. We downloaded this new (beta) version and updated our phones. The beta works well for what it does - but it has limited primetime games. Not having Showdown on the app is a huge drawback. We have missed some Tuesdays with our usual team because we can’t join in, all other tablets are taken, and the bar can’t/won’t order more tablets. We would play more often if Showdown and other prime time games were added.

Needs hints
This newer version is much better than the previous version but is still lacking many needed features. Namely the clues that are given in games with five answers, like countdown and topix. So those relying on the app are at a disadvantage to those with tablets and TVs where the hints/clues are shown. Hope this feature is added soon. Because at my local Buffalo Wild Wings most of their tablets don’t work and the ones that do never have a charge. And to look at the one tv with trivia on it a mile away and then back to the app to answer is also a disadvantage.
