Great App - Great experience

So let me just begin by saying that i have used pretty much all the casino apps legal in MI and have time and again returned to the Caesars app because it works consistently (provided your internet signal is sufficiently strong), i win routinely (i also lose routinely but that's par for the course and should b expected), the deposit process is sone and efficient and the withdrawal process is similarly simple and efficient.
Should any issues aroze (which is uncommon), my casino host, Paige is quick to respond and and to help resolve. Caesar's also provides rewards based on volume of play and offers occasional casino bonus'
and promotionals which are always a welcome and appreciated surprise. I also just received an Uber Eats gift card for $200 from Caesars which is very generous
If you gave an interest in an app based gambling app, i can whole heartedly recommend Caesar's as a front runner.

WORST ONLINE CASINO EVER!!!!

Please do yourselves a favor and stay far away from this app. I’m such an unfair rigged in my entire life and that’s no exaggeration. Went on a 10 hand streak of the dealer getting nothing but 21s and 20s and 2-19s. They literally make it virtually impossible for you to win money so if you download this app just plan on losing money at a rapid pace.. I’ve never seen anything like it in my entire life. I contacted customer service to get some sort of explanation and was told the “fair and regulated “which could be any further from the truth. You’ll play for a little bit and everything will be fine and then suddenly you will go on a streak of hands that are absolutely impossible to win no matter how you play no matter what you do you are going to lose money. I don’t know how it’s legal for them to take peoples money like this because it’s definitely not fair casino what so ever. I understand you’re going to have bad streaks of luck and are going to lose money sometimes, but this is a horse of a different color no matter what you do or how you play. They’re going to take your money simple as that. somehow I went from being up 300 to being down -500 so I lost $800 in about a half hour not even so if that’s fair regulates you guys then go ahead and try your luck because I’m telling you right now they’re going to take your money and that’s a fact

Terrible Company

I deposited $20 as a new player with a welcome bonus of $10. I won $60 which is great! However I was unable to withdrawal the money to my debit card after several attempts I was blocked from doing so in the app. I contacted support who advised me someone will email me in 2-3 hours. I waited 4 hours and no response, called customer service back and explained the dire need of the funds. The agent was rude and started sighing very loudly as I expressed my issue (this was my 3rd call so I was frustrated however not yelling-yet) she explained there’s nothing she can do so I requested her supervisor or another agent to which she replied no one is above me. I know that’s a lie I’ve worked many customer service phone jobs. After going back and fourth I had had it with her and started being angry and mean. She kept asking if there was anything else I could help with and I replied with yes I need my winnings. We went back and fourth and she hung up on me. Called back and got another person and was crying at this point. They advised me a supervisor would call me back in an hour. I still haven’t gotten a callback. I figured out my bank password needed changed and that was causing the issue but oh my gosh. I have NEVER seen an online casino operate so poorly. Do yourself a favor and download BetMGM Casino or DraftKings Casino. I won’t be depositing again after I just withdrew. Shame on Caesars Palace.

Terrible customer service. Zero stars if I could.

The casino isn’t the worst but by far not the best. I have won a little bit here but I’ve lost way more. Once you hit the slots change to never hit anything and keep bonuses off. Then there’s their customer service. It takes weeks to hear anything back if at all. First I needed a tax form for 2023 I’m still waiting on that weeks ago. Then I needed help logging into my rewards account never heard back for that. Then I converted my reward points and they took them away saying I cancelled the bonus when it came up as a technical error and can you guess? Still never heard back from that. You can live chat but apparently those people have no skills or any expertise to handle anything. They don’t read what you say and give you some generic response and if you inquire more they’ll repeat the same exact thing to you like you’re stupid and ignore what you say. They also claim your withdrawal will be out in 30 min to an hour depending on the selection but it’s longer. Don’t waste your time here because their customer support is highly incompetent people and they don’t respond to you but you bet your bum they’ll take your money in second without an issue but if it’s your money they owe you forget it. There’s way better casinos in PA out there and this ain’t it. You won’t win here anyways it’s completely set against you.

Terrible Customer Service

I too have been one of the many customers to receive an email telling me that I’ve won two concert tickets to Madison Square Garden-which was exciting-until later that day I received a generic apology email stating it was a mistake…with no offer of compensation in any form which is unacceptable and really terrible business etiquette. When I reached out to customer service regarding their “mistake” I was told there was not anything they were able to do for me and to check their promotions page. Why would I do that? To win something that they retract several hours later with an “ooops we made a mistake” bare minimum pre populated email? This is the only online casino that offers nothing to their customers that reach out with concerns or issues…and these are issues that are on their end. Let me just add the two concert tickets were for Mariah Carey’s Christmas concert at MSG…that was a significant prize drawing to have won. So to be offered absolutely nothing when it is taken away (once again, ooops their mistake 🙄) is gross. Anyone that was effected should be compensated the equal value of that prize in their bonus account.
If you are on the fence about downloading this app this is my own personal experience and may not be similar to others but I’m willing to bet that I wouldn’t be the only one to advise you to skip this casino.

Auto bonus expired within an hour

I referred my friend a little over a week ago for the new refer a friend bonus. Her account was automatically restricted until they confirmed her identity, and she had to upload her documents 3 separate times to get her account unlocked. She finally got it unlocked and had time to play and deposited the $50 required to participate in the refer a friend bonus, and as soon as all but 8¢ of her money was played through her automatic welcome bonus expired. The money that they took for each wager came out of her real money before it came out of her bonus money and all of her winnings went into her bonus money account. So she lost all of it within an hour of depositing when she was actually winning on the slots.

Customer service just kept telling her she didn’t meet the wagering requirements in time, but that’s not her fault! This is the third time a bonus expired on me when I had no control over the circumstances. Every time customer service will just send you the terms and conditions and even when you met all of their requirements they won’t do anything to remedy it. If you do download this app make sure you read the terms and conditions on everything carefully before every deposit, because the customer service reps don’t even know what’s going on!

Lot of broken games

There are many games that don’t load on iOS, iPhone or iPad. Customer support claims it’s an iPhone issue but all me stuff is always up to date and have the newest version of the app yep when I go to open china shores it says I need to update to the newest version of the app, which I’m already on. Bunch of other games will start to load and then just go to a black screen. Customer support says my phone isn’t up to date but I’m on newest version of IOS.
It’s def an issue with the app now working with iOS as I have seen others with same problems.
Overall I like the app as I like being able to build my tier points

So many better apps out there

I’ve played on so many apps and I’ve never had an issue with any of them not even a week on here and I’m getting wrong information from agents. Might not seem like a big deal but I need to trust the apps I utilize to bet my money on and knowing employees are not providing correct information is the worse pet peeve.

Since the initial review I decided to give it another go because I love this casino in person and if possible even worse experience. Was playing cleopatra and combinations in bonus that should pay out wasn’t I recorded the whole thing and reached out to customer support and they gave me some bogus excuse that had nothing to do with my issue and I have a video still no help. Will see if I get a resolution other wise I’m closing this account and deleting it. This experience has changed my mind completely about this casino. Please use fanduel or DK do not waste your time and or money. Customer service is horrendous and I mean that truly!!!

Beware Worst App even worse customer service

I am extremely disappointed with this casino app. The bonus buys are absolutely absurd as they categorize the amount you deposit and your winnings as casino promos. This means you CANNOT WITHDRAW!!!! When I reached out to their customer support for assistance, they were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Their only solution was for me to uninstall and reinstall the app, which did not resolve the issue. Furthermore, there is no transaction history available, making it impossible to track my activity. I have screenshots of these problems, and yet their support team simply brushed off my concerns, claiming that my account is functioning properly. This level of frustration is beyond words. I plan to write a detailed review wherever possible and submit my concerns to the gambling board in Michigan, as it seems that I cannot receive any assistance from your team.

I have been playing live blackjack using this app and spent over $20k with them. I had an issue where at one point my balance didn’t update after a win and I complained to the dealer right away. After a few minutes a chat box popped up and I was talking to support. As I’m typing, the box closes by itself and makes me hit on 18 which made me lose the hand. I complained to the dealer again, and support told me to contact Caesars because a third party runs their live dealer games. I contacted Caesar and they requested a time stamp of when it happened, I gave them the approx because I don’t remember and I though saying something in the chat is enough but it wasn’t. In the end, I lost $500 and nobody was able to help me resolve this matter. Treated very poorly, it’s easy for them to take money from you but when there’s an issue on their end you get screwed.
