CAFCU’s mobile app offers a secure and seamless digital banking experience across devices, allowing our credit union members to:
• view balances, transactions, and statements for any account tied to your social security number
• make transfers between internal and external accounts
• see your activity for the last 15 days and the next 30 days
• view and change your scheduled transfers
• send and receive money with Zelle®
• schedule and pay bills
• deposit checks
• apply for a loan
• schedule account alerts and notifications
• open additional accounts
• send and receive secure messages
• change your contact information
• change your password
• log in with fingerprint/facial authentication (on supported devices)
• enable Snapshot so you can check your account balances without logging in
• find nearby CAFCU branches, ATMs, and Shared Branching locations
• chat live with a Member Center Specialist (Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST)

Great credit union and employees

Employees help with anything you need, ghamin sat down with me and help me look over my account and understand it. Violet will help you fill out withdrawal slips or any of the other type of slips. As soon as you walk into the door they ask how your doing and if you need anything. Over all a great credit union!

Touch ID?

At least highlight on your new login page whatever you are now doing with Touch ID. I have forgiven CAFCU for years for making passwords requirements so tough that they have to be written down. It is -by far- less secure and such a nuisance to rely on a password to complex to remember. touchID solves the problem. Hated being in a rush today to make an emergency transfer and see that I could not use Touch ID. And not have my password nearby. Passwords need to be something we can remember.

Please log into the app on your mobile device and go to More > Settings > Biometrics to enable biometric ID when you log in. No matter where i am the app is available. If there’s a small emergency i can transfer funds. Or if there is a problem i can reach someone in a hurry.
