Good app w/mobile deposit issues
I love this app, but can only give it a 2 star rating due to the continuous problem with the mobile deposit feature. Although it is “endorsed” For Mobile Deposit Only, I cannot get the deposit to go through. Instead, I receive an error message telling me to write For Mobile Deposit Only. Calls to KCTCU only result in an empathetic ear suggesting that I be sure to endorse my check For Mobile DepotOnly. Oh, and did you know that once you’ve endorsed it For Mobile Deposit Only it’s darn near impossible to get it deposited any other way?
Love the app for phone not iPad
Love being able to bank from my phone, checking balances, pay bills and finally deposit checks electronically. Something I was unable to do, due to the orientation settings of the app on my iPad.
Mostly Great
As an app, it’s pretty user friendly and the costumer service has always been good when I’ve had issues. Just wish it wasn’t down so often for updates and it occasionally logs me out of my account and I can’t always remember my password so I have to call to reset. Otherwise, easy to navigate and a good bank overall.
