Love the cahp mobile ap

How much do I love the credit union ap? Let me count the ways. 1. I can take a photo of a check and deposit from my living room. 2. I can make internal transfers into my starving college student kids’ accounts in moments. 3. I can see my statements without a search of the home office. 4. I can move money from savings to checking easily. 5. I can watch my Christmas Club account grow. Great tool! Chris Kitamura

“Serving those who serve”’ goes south!

This version started well and I agree the check deposit feature IS easier. I also like the “soft credit score” availability. These features do not outweigh the headaches this version has caused me. Or all the phone calls I’ve made because “my information doesn’t match what they have on file.” Or when I get into my account- and can’t get any farther than the first page.

I can meticulously input my own password correctly. Denied. Entered again, even slower, more deliberate. Denied. Per procedure, I am locked out after 3 attempts and am required to make (another) phone call to unlock my account. (Cue music and genuine thanks for being on hold.) There is NEVER a convenient time for this process.

There are other ways to protect the security of my account. Phoning in once a month to unlock a frozen account/ phone is not one of them.

We have been “true blue & gold” customers for 20 years. My time and patience is taking us to another banking institution. Perhaps they don’t “serve those who serve” but after all this mess, I’m looking for “security, simplicity of ease, and customer service that doesn’t imply that I’m the one doing everything wrong.

Wonderful Financial Institution

I have been a member of the CAHP Credit Union since 1978 and have never been dissatisfied. They are more like family which you can feel whenever you walk into there office. Wonderful people who are always smiling and ready to help.
