New APP, great features with some bugs

First, regardless of all the benefits, putting my life savings into a credit union with my first responder brothers and sisters is a no brained

With the switch to the new system, the app is redesigned and modern, however, there are still some spots that need to be worked on.

For example, many of the “buttons” in the app are just links which open a mini web browser. It would be nice if everything can be done in app. The Chase banking/credit card app is the gold standard. Everything can be done in app.

There are also occasional bugs like “APPLICATION ERROR- we are unable to display your information at this time” when trying to transfer funds

Overall, a great step in the right direction. I’m with Police CU no matter what, but having quality of life upgrades like their new branch in San Bruno, and this app makes a huge difference.

What the heck!!!

I just downloaded the app. After some time I was able to set it up… but I can’t set up bill pay. I put my info and hit agree, then it brings me back to enter my info again.

I wish they’d have an app like Bank of America, that’s a piece of cake to use…

Features from old app missing!

This new app looks fancier than the old app but that’s the only good thing I can think of to say about it. The new app doesn’t show you your full account number, it only shows the last 4 digits! Also, it doesn’t have ANY of the filters for the statements that the old one had.

Hopefully they will fix this garbage soon.

PS the debit cards are STILL not compatible with Apple/Google/Samsung pay. Ridiculous.
