Keep track of your cake orders, work out prices and plan the ingredients for each order. CakeKit brings the details of each order together on your phone.
Add the customer, collection or delivery date, cake details, reference photos, price and deposit. See upcoming orders in the calendar, look up a customer's previous orders or use an earlier order to start a new one.
Three calculators help with the numbers:
• Price: include decoration, a cake board, a box and your own saved costs.
• Recipe quantities: adjust ingredients for your round or rectangular pan, including changes between shapes.
• Cake quantity: work out how much cake you need from the number of servings and portion weight. The default is 150 g per serving, which you can change.
Make shopping lists, keep recipes and notes, and choose how many days or hours before an order's collection or delivery date you want a reminder. Your phone must allow notifications for reminders to appear.

Free or Premium
CakeKit is free to download. Use the cake quantity calculator, keep one active order in your calendar and one shopping list, save two personal photos and browse two Inspiration designs. You can also try examples in the price and recipe quantity calculators.
Premium lets you manage unlimited orders, lists and photos, calculate with your own figures, save prices and quotations, set reminders, and keep your own weights, notes and recipes. It also unlocks all 129 cakes in Inspiration. The subscription costs EUR 4.99 per month, with local pricing shown by your store.
If your subscription expires, you can still read, delete and export your saved records.
The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it through the App Store. You'll see the final price before confirming. Restore Premium with the same Apple Account you used to subscribe. Premium access stays with your Apple Account and needs periodic internet verification.
Your orders and photos stay on your phone
No CakeKit account is needed. Orders, customers and your own photos don't sync automatically between phones. Export backups regularly and keep them somewhere safe: restoring Premium does not bring back your business data.
