Invite people by email, link, or QR code and choose what they can do. They see the calendar you shared, not every other part of your schedule.

On eligible shared calendars, members can choose to contribute their availability. Calegator turns those choices into a simple heatmap that shows the strongest open days without revealing private event titles or details.

Discover and follow public Community calendars from schools, teams, clubs, and local groups. Organizers can update one public schedule without adding every follower to a private calendar.

Switch between month, week, day, and agenda views. Add reminders, turn on local weather when it helps, and bring in supported device calendars or calendar feeds.
FREE TO START
Free includes personal planning, everyday sharing, reminders, base weather, and public Community follows.
Silver adds room for larger shared calendars, availability heatmaps, custom roles, advanced colors and weather, additional themes, and one continuously updated calendar-feed link.
Gold expands those tools for larger groups, includes all eight themes and up to three calendar-feed links, and adds 15 sponsored seats. Sponsored seats let selected guests join calendars you own even when their own Free sharing limit is full.
Silver and Gold are optional auto-renewing subscriptions billed through your App Store account. Localized prices, billing periods, features, and limits appear before purchase. Subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period and can be managed in App Store subscription settings.
Organization-facing Community plans are managed on the Calegator website and are not sold inside the mobile app.
