Calendar: Meeting & Scheduling 4+

Since going remote, I’ve struggle with staying productive and spending time on things that will help me progress in my job. I stumbled across Calendar and it has seriously changed everything.

I spend on average 4-5 hours per day meeting with co-workers, sometimes more since we’re all remote. On top of that, I used to spend an additional hour or two sending emails and slack messages, or digging through someone’s schedule trying to find an ideal time to meet. Calendars features have streamlined my scheduling experience and have saved me, at minimum, 5 hours a week. Not to mention I can integrate my Google, Apple and Outlook calendars into one spot. No more bouncing around, just clear visibility on what’s coming up next in my day.

If you’re a Calendly, Doodle or any other scheduling software user, give Calendar a try. It does what they do and more. They’re really the best scheduling/productivity platform out there!

Hi there! I am looking to download this app, but is there a way to share your calendar with someone? I’m hunting for something for my group of friends where each of us can build out our full schedule easily on our phones, and share it with each other so we can all see each other’s availability for hanging out, and each other’s travel schedules out of town. Does this app have that capability?

The reviews I read were pretty glowing. I was excited to see what the buzz was about... Imagine my disappointment when the app was too large to display on my screen. And honestly, who creates a calendar app that isn’t released with the ability to set up recurring events? If your idea is to simply aggregate a number of other calendars perhaps that makes sense. But for someone like me that simply wants a single, stand alone calendar that won’t force me to include every other calendar I’ve ever had this looked good on the reviews but failed to deliver ...
