Caliberate is the training app built for sprint and jump athletes and the coaches who run their programs.
Open the app to your day's plan, log every set as you go, and run guided workouts with built-in interval timers so you always know when to go and when to rest. Upload your runs and jumps, and your coach sends back a video breakdown with their voice walking you through every rep.
Between sessions, your AI coach is one tap away for quick questions on technique, recovery, and what's next. Track your bests against your teammates on the leaderboard. Connect Whoop to bring in recovery and strain, or Freelap to log your sprint times automatically.
Coaches get the other side of the app: a weekly planner, a library of programs, templates, and drills, lift tracking with estimated 1RM, and a live view of every athlete on the roster.
