Call2Access provides simple, secure access to authorised Bluetooth Pad Keysafes and compatible access devices.
Access managers send guests an authorisation link by SMS or email. Open the link in Call2Access, select the authorised access point, stand near the device and tap Access Now. Guest access does not require account sign-in.
Guest Access groups your saved authorisations by access point, with the newest first. My Products, My Teams and Account provide access to your signed-in workspace.
For supported guest authorisations with a fixed start and end time, download access while online and wait for Ready offline. You can then use Bluetooth access without mobile data or Wi-Fi during that validity period. Keep Bluetooth enabled and remain near the authorised device.
Downloaded access expires at the authorisation's end time. Changes or revocations are refreshed when the app reconnects. Authorisations that are not ready offline require an internet connection.
Offline activity is saved on your phone and reported when you return to the app with data available. Reporting does not repeat the unlock. Door opening is confirmed only when matching device evidence is available.
Bluetooth access requires a compatible Call2Access BLE product and an active authorisation supplied by an access manager.
