Users paste or screenshot-upload a script, the AI parses it into structured lines, they pick which character they are, and the app reads the other characters' lines aloud using browser text-to-speech while the user performs their own lines. Stage Direction Intelligence — The Coach now differentiates between dialogue and stage directions in uploaded scripts. It understands that auditions don't require performing stage directions literally, but will suggest incorporating them when it would make delivery more natural. Video Upload UX Fix — Fixed the issue where selecting a large video file would show "Waiting for your selection" then reset back to the file picker. Now it immediately shows progress and gracefully handles metadata loading failures. Trial Reminder Notifications — Day 2 trial reminders are now actually firing. Added an hourly cron job to trigger the notification function, and widened the detection window for reliability. OneSignal Native Push Integration — Push notifications now use OneSignal through Despia for native iOS delivery (registration, welcome notifications, unsubscribe). Auth Callback Bridge — New /auth/callback page that handles email verification and redirects users back into the native app via deep link, with a fallback "Open Callback Coach" button.
