Description

Calm Birth is based in three methods from meditation science, applied to pregnancy and childbirth. These techniques have been used in tens of thousands of births worldwide since 1997. The app hosts shortened, updated versions of all three practices.

These meditations are ideal for pregnant people, partners, and support people.

The Methods:

"Breathe" is a breath-empowerment technique. It teaches you to breathe energy for yourself and your child. This practice can be used during pregnancy, birth, and every breath of life.

"Rest" is based in the Progressive Relaxation method. It takes you on a journey through your body and the body of your growing child. This reclining meditation is perfect for an afternoon rest, or to help you fall asleep at night.

"Heal" is a compassionate breathing. It teaches you to send healing energy to yourself, your child, and anyone else. It teaches you that your healing ability is limitless.

My clients love this method!

I've been a doula for five years and so many of my clients have loved the Calm Birth method! I've seen it make a difference in how people deal with stress from pregnancy and birth... Truth be told, the practice have been really helpful to me, as well. It's great that the meditations have been re-recorded and put into an app; they're so accessible and simple!
