Sometimes a team member reaches out for help while I’m away from my computer. This app makes it super easy for me to be able to respond back to my coworkers or customers when needed, and it’s also really easy for me to find information in our knowledge base. I love that I can easily switch between tickets and asking my questions. I’m also excited for more enhancements coming!
Great Intranet replacement
I’ve really enjoy using this app! I can ask any of my work related questions and the bot seems to do a good job of navigating. This is 10x better than using a typical employee intranet. Please add the ability to see my Helpdesk tickets in here next!
