I’m sure this COULD be good, but it really isn’t easy to work with. Clearer instructions maybe? Some instructions? When you search for fonts maybe have them pop up before you pick one. Picking one and having to go back and pick again is extremely time consuming. It’s not intuitive. I paid for this to have text on screen and captions. So far I’m not really using it cause it eats my time trying to figure it out. Regret paying for this.

The app is amazing and friendly to use. I did have an issue with the app not working - it was just loading, but that was my fault because I was using the Final Cut trial. Most of these reviews complaining about the product not working is because of that. Once I contacted them via email, they responded to me in less than 20 minutes. They later WhatsApp me. They updated the app and allowed me to use it with no issue once I updated the app.

Working on video editing and wanted some fun Captioning. Found an awesome YouTube Review and have to agree with most of it.Overall I highly recommend this plug in and I’m looking forward to using it for many projects.Here are the challenges:The captioning is rendered from an MP3 File, so you may need to export your video as audio only if your audio isn’t separated.Some of the captioning can overflow the video length. There is a setting that assists with this, but it can still happen on a much smaller scale.I have not found a way to save my settings or to create an outline. (I’ve only had the plug in for a day, so this might be here— and maybe I’ve missed it.)I considered 2 other plug-ins, but this one seemed 1. Easiest to understand2. Fastest to aclimate to 3. Had the most features I was hoping to findBased on all of this, I have given it a 5 star review. Thought about 4 stars, but honestly for the price and quality — it’s really GREAT.

I’m requesting a refund and moving on from this product. For 2 weeks all I get is “Loading” and a puzzle piece icon. I’ve reached out for support on the platform and heard nothing. I’m sure it may be working for other people, but for the life of me I can’t get this to work after multiple reinstalls. Totally lost and I can’t waste any more time on it. Good luck everyone.

With over 100 users successfully operating the application, the problem is most likely related to a local configuration error on your PC, often involving incorrect permissions. an you follow this steps:Go to the Applications folder.Delete the application.Reinstall it using the App Store.When you open Final Cut Pro again, the system will prompt you for permission.Accept the permission request to resolve the issue.Are you using any other Plugins?
