CarCrew finally makes trips and vehicle costs easy to manage, whether you drive alone or share a car with family, friends or as a team.
Keep track of all trips, record expenses such as fuel, charging, workshop visits or parking, and see at any time what your vehicles really cost you, including statistics, export options and detailed trip data.
What CarCrew can do:
• Automatically or manually record trips, including start and destination, times and a monthly overview
• Label, filter and organize trips, for example by Personal, Work or Commute
• Add expenses such as fuel, charging, workshop, tires, tolls and more, optionally also by scanning receipts
• Clearly track cost per km and monthly costs
• View statistics and trends for kilometers, costs, driving data, vehicle costs, driver shares, route profiles and more
• Open trips in detail and view additional information such as route, times and further trip data
• Export as CSV for Excel or Numbers and as PDF, ideal for a mileage log
• Share vehicles with others, manage access and organize shared fleets with clear monthly settlements
• Use reminders so important appointments and vehicle related tasks do not get missed

Version 2.0 significantly expands CarCrew: shared fleets now support monthly member settlements with open balances, payment status and PDF export. The statistics area has been extensively enhanced with new insights into driving data, vehicle costs, fixed costs, driver shares, route profiles and more. It also adds new Trip Story templates with photo designs, Roadtrip features, multi selection for trips and automatic label rules for individual addresses.
