Have been playing for hours nonstop
I’m not really a card player but I decided to give this game a chance. It has cute animations, tons of castle options to give your side of the board your own aesthetics in battle, an undead faction, and fun mechanics like beserk. I highly recommend it to both beginners as well as more advanced players.
Make a Classic Mode
I HATE this. PLEASE MAKE A CLASSIC MODE. The original Cards and Castles is still amazing and my whole family have been active players for years, even before the rule changes and the druids were added. I'm talking almost 7 years. You made the map smaller, cards can be placed wherever, the art design is a downgrade, you can't read the cards when it's not your turn, melee creatures can hit diagonally. All we wanted were new cards. That's it. Just give us a classic mode with the old setup and the new cards. Thank you. And please put an announcement on Castles 1 so that we would see it because we're going to still to the original game. I'm absolutely disappointed. You guys had it right the first time.
Loving it so far!
I fell in love with Cards and Castles 1 so I knew I had to be there the day the second one came to mobile. The gameplay has definitely changed but I believe it all helped with the flow of each game the new UI is great and of course the artstyle is so unique. I can’t wait to see how it continues to evolve as they add more cards!
