Shop online and receive your packages on your own terms with our redefined Caribbean Airlines Jetpak service. Just send your purchases to our Miami warehouse and receive free delivery or collect them at our Piarco facility.

We’ve been providing express shipping since our airline’s inception in 2007 and as we operate our own flights, we can ensure fast shipping and affordability. Our team has been listening and we’ve upgraded our service to offer you the convenience you need with the same swift delivery.

Here's how it works:
1) Sign Up to receive your US mailing address via email.
2) Shop using the provided address to send your packages to us.
3) Pre-alert your packages before they arrive at our Miami warehouse.
4) Get notified when your packages are ready for pick up and delivery.
5) Pay online or at the point of collection.

In this update, we made it easier to access the Calculator, Wallet, and Support pages.
When scrolling through your packages, the filter buttons will move out of the way to give you even more room.
Tapping the QR code in Your Account will make it larger and brighter when you need to scan it.

Needs more features

Dear Jetpack Team,

I believe the app needs a bit more advancement in this new tech era. Something’s you should include in your next update:

1. Ability to submit invoices from Gallery (IOS)
2. Ability to upload at least 3 invoices for joint package deliveries. As well as a bigger file size upload.
3. Add times to Package History not just dates.
4. Tracking status from the mobile app using external tracking services/ websites.

Jetpack or backpack?

The app…meh. The service? Negative. I shipped with them only to realize the length of time it takes to receive my package. I waited 12 days (from the time it arrived at their warehouse in Miami) before it was ready to pick up at their warehouse in Trinidad and an additional 4 days to collect a package at home (the third day fell on a holiday). The package arrived in Trinidad in 2 days (according to them) but takes 10 days for customs to clear? Then they say they’re going to soon offer a premium service at a price to get packages from Miami to you in 2-3 days but if customs is the problem I don’t see what will change that. Are they waiting for someone they know to become a customs officer and help them clear packages faster? 🤷🏽‍♀️It was ridiculous, won’t use this company ever again.

PS. I ordered more than one package from different sources at once and they all took this long….it’s not a one time thing.

Improvements Needed

I assume this is in the early stages of the app , and coming from courier apps that makes this feature usable with ease the inability to upload digital invoices such as screenshots of online shopping apps “at least from iOS mobile devices” the upload option does not allow to select from gallery nor does the camera upload option gives access to images to upload. It’s a bit of an inconvenience to have to use a PC to upload the screenshots.

Update: App also is unreliable, entire day today app won’t load packages, it will load account information and all other tabs except packages, not sure when it will be fixed.
