Great site to share care plan, documents, contacts, calendar and more. It’s perfect for us 5 siblings to coordinate care for our dad. Biggest issue is “friends” and “inner circle” can see almost everything. I was going to upload my dad’s medical cards, Medicare Card, etc, but realized friends and inner circle can see them as well. I find this very intrusive. There’s absolutely no need for anyone else to see private documents. Therefore, the cousins we invited had to be cancelled or revoked. My advice to the developers is to allow the administrators to pick and choose categories for each group type to see. For example, friends can only read Wellness Journal, and inner circle can see that plus a couple other categories such as meds, calendar, messages. Until this happens, we’re just keeping this between the siblings.

I briefly tried out to other apps and this one seems to be more intuitive and easier to use than others. Two complaints I have right now are – if someone makes a typo in their group message and doesn’t see it till later there doesn’t appear to be a way to edit or delete that message. This ability would make Messages more efficient. Second complaint is – there are no sounds or notifications coming through on my iPhone so I’m not aware that someone has made an entry or left a message until I go check manually.

Been trying to find an app that can do what Walmart wellness/CareZone did. Wish the calendar appts would go to everyone in inner circles category instead of only to the person assigned. Family needs to have all appts go to their calendars so they can track outside of the ap. Plus, if you make a change it doesn’t update your calendar but adds a new entry. Controls for date and time are also finicky.
No trackers for weight/bp/sugar level/food or fluid intake. No allergy list.
Great idea for contacts but should integrate it with the calendar appts because it’s frustrating to have to enter every detail for each dr appt when they are already in the contacts list.
Also no way to print/export the med list and you have to go into each one to see the details.

I can see the potential in this app and if it could add the features like Walmart wellness/care zone now that they have shut down that ap, this one could be the number 1 app for true family/care giver info sharing
