In store is awesome!! 2 Go service needs lot of work!!!!

IGA is a great grocery store!! They have great meats and products and usually with awesome staff helping along the way!! However, the 2 Go service needs to be paused and many kinks need to be worked out!! There’s no way to communicate and too many issues occurred while placing and picking up my order!!’ I am very disappointed with this service!!

App doesn’t work

This app doesn’t work nor does it allow you to reset password. When you call a local store they can’t fix issue wit the app. The corporate store does pick up the phone and so there you you have it … app is a waste of time to try to set up and there are hot deals to be had because it can’t be fixed. There is no email to contact anyone who will help assist you. Show up thinking you’ll get a deal at the store only to find that the price is different. They expect you to either pay or leave the item in question… I think that bad foe business.

I frequent this store quite often and the prices are affordable and the staff and management are very courteous patient and helpful. Just to name a few, Ms. Christie Ms. Linda Kendall Maurice in the hot food department and others whoms names I can't remember. I do both in-store and online orders from them.
