Food Lion ٤+

I recently used the Food Lion app to place a grocery pickup order and overall, I found the experience quite positive. The app is very user-friendly and provides multiple notifications via email, text, and push notification, which is helpful to stay updated. However, finding the actual pickup location was a bit challenging. I arrived at 2:00 PM for my 2:00-3:00 PM pickup slot and notified the app that I had arrived. By 2:15 PM, I was unsure if I was in the right place, so I called the store. The employee who assisted me was very helpful and promptly brought my groceries out to me. One concern I had was after the checkout process; the app reverted to a Boston location even though I am in Delaware. Fortunately, the pickup was correctly scheduled for my local store. While the app is easy to use, I would appreciate a more specific timeline for picking up orders rather than the current one-hour window. This would help make the process smoother and more predictable. Overall, a good app with some room for improvement regarding pickup instructions and timeline specificity.

I give this five stars because they offer a ton of additional coupons in the Save category. Simply quick at the bottom of the screen on the menu bar on each button to ensure that you have activated all sales, coupons, and deals. on the first day of each month, you can click the app to activate them for the new month. Also, each week you can view the paper with all of the sales. Also, if you want to begin your shopping trip, you can choose in-store pick up or even choose to have commodities delivered to you. Furthermore, you can view your savings with the app you can view your MVP store card information at the touch of the button! I Food Lion and another store where things cost a dollar to the shopping Ibotta shopping app

Dear APP Developer: First let me say the revised app as of 6/1/23 is MUCH better than the previous one! We can actually read and SEE the product details now, whereas before, the product descriptions were SO tiny, could barely see/read anything! Here’s what needs improvements, please fix asap: 1) Can’t see or access MVP card # to scan because you have a big blue box over the MVP card area. Ow have to click big blue box in order to see/acces/scan MVP card. This is not user-friendly! Please add MVP card access @ top of Food Lion app the way it was previously for easier access! 2) Where did the MVP coupons go? Previously could see weekly + MVP coupons. Now cannot find where to see or download MVP coupons? Please add MVP coupons back to the app or explain where to find them?! 3) PLEASE add FACE ID capability for login so users can more easily login using face ID instead of manual password (each time you log us out)! Thanks for making the above changes!
