Account locking

I love that I am able to bank online however using this app has been a challenge. I am “locked out” or restricted several times a week and when I call to reset no one has an seer except it is sensitive or an update on CBT locks people out. This is very frustrating especially when wait times have been up to 20 minutes for someone to unlock my account. I was told tech was aware but I have not seen much improvement. I have considered pulling my money just because of the trouble but I haven’t yet. Please fix this issue!

Account Restricted

The app would be great if it didn’t lock me out at least 3 times a week! When i call they just tell me to delete and install the app again which rarely works, honestly might switch if it continues like this im never able to see my balance when i need to.

My experience with Carter Bank z& trust

I’m new to this bank but I’m loving the easy way to maneuver through the app. I love SIMPLE not COMPLEX; so I I’m excited about knowing that I’ve made a right choice by choosing Carter Bank and Trust. Ohhh, and the teller when I walked into the branch also made a difference in me choosing this back as well
