The CASH 1 mobile app makes it quick and convenient to access, view, and manage your CASH 1 account. View available credit, make payments, request new draws against your line of credit, or request a refinance of your current loan, all from your fingertips!
The CASH 1 app can be used to sign-up for new customer and for existing customers to service their loans in the states of AZ, ID, KS, LA, MO, NV, or UT. We do not do business in other states at this time.

Can’t access available cash
I have been trying to access my available cash and it keeps telling me I need a different method for payment. I have called customer care twice and they told me it was an issue with the update and until the developers fix it there is nothing they can do.

Can’t log in, gives me error messages
Ever since update, whenever I log in, it reads “ outstanding loan info not available, please try again later” well it’s so annoying. Why is it hard to log in?

Doesn’t work!!!🫤
I keep trying this app, but still not working. When i try to log in, it doesn’t let me. I click on login after entering my credentials and nothing happen.
