Description

Friends and family are among the most precious things we have.
But some of us could use an extra nudge to keep in touch.

Catchup is a little app to provide that nudge.

Add friends and family you want to stay in touch with. Set intentions for how often you'll connect.
Then tap Check In time you talk or meet.

Try the app out with up to 2 contacts for free. Then upgrade for unlimited contacts, notifications, and widget.

What’s New

Version 1.1.0

- Notes: Keep track of what you discussed when you check in
- Journal: Review past check ins and notes
- Auto Check In: Optionally, record a check in when you initiate a call or message from the app

Should be able to sync

I signed up for the premium level. Now, I have 12 contacts I would like to keep with. However, I see two limitations today:
1. If I’m in airplane mode and I think of a contact I would like to connect with, the SPL Durant see that I have the premium level. So, I won’t let me add anyone else.
2. Similarly, i would like to sync to iCloud, so that I can access my history on an iPad, etc if needed.

Would be great if these could be addressed. Thx!

Helpful Without Being Naggy - Perfect

I really like how elegantly this app solves a very specific problem which many of us have -- to get us out of our own bubble and stay in touch with the people we value. All the important things like how often to send a reminder to how to display the contact list are configurable, and it exists only on one device so it is secure as well.

If I had a wishlist I would like to somehow touch and slide on the "check-in" button to select a range of days prior, but that's just because I am lazy. Also, I'd love to be able to keep the iPhone and iPad version sync'd, even if it was a manual step.

Great app!

Simple App but Good

Just downloaded it yesterday and already enjoy the application. It's a simple use case but it does its job very well and I'm already enjoying using it and connecting with people I haven't talked to in awhile.

My one suggestion: in the app it would be nice if there was a setting feature where if you press the call or text option for a person it automatically counts as a "check in" so I don't remember to have to come back and mark it off.
