Description
Causer is for volunteers to handle their volunteer schedules while engaging with the causes and organizations they care about!
Your volunteer program is using Get Connected volunteer software, giving you access to your volunteer profile right here from the Causer app.
Log in or create your account to connect with your volunteer organization.
From your volunteer dashboard, youíll be able to view all of your past and upcoming volunteer shifts, or select new volunteer shifts!
Receive push notifications when your volunteer shift is approaching and when you arrive on-site ready to check-in.
You can check in directly from the app when you begin volunteering to ensure your program is able to collect your volunteer hours - data that helps make a bigger difference!
The app will also remind you when it is time to check out and stop your volunteer clock.
From your volunteer profile you can:
~ Add hours without checking in
~ Select new volunteer shifts
~ Manage your volunteer schedule in calendar view
~ Check-in/check-out of volunteer shifts
~ And, see the impact you're making!

Dark Mode Issue
If I check in to a scheduled opportunity using the app, the screen is very light and I can’t read the date and time if my iPhone is in dark mode. I can’t read the text. It works ok if the iPhone is in light mode.
Very excited about the updates!
This newest version is exactly what I was hoping for! Thanks for these updated features and functionality- I can now manage my whole volunteer schedule from the app!
Battery Killer
Please note that upon installation, if you select ‘Allow while using app’ for location services, it runs non stop and will kill your battery. No other installed apps I use do this. This happens even if disabling run in background in phone settings.
Pathetic and poor design that should be fixed.
