Sign-in issues

Currently my Centreville Bank app has been having issues when logging in. First, the app scans my face which logs me in but then kicks me out after 15 seconds. Then, when I get kicked out I type in my credentials which says wrong password but when I try the exact password again, I am able to enter my bank account. This issue has been going on for a couple months now. The login process is way too tedious to do every time I try logging in. So, if there is any possible way I can fix this issue on my side that would be great but I’m unsure how to do so. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
