Just downloaded the app on my iphone 12 pro. Phone is updated, rebooted but CCPC application is not working.

I’ve been using this app since before Covid, and it has helped me manage my power usage which ultimately saved me from paying an excessive amount.
App Update Not Working!!
The most recent update is saying it is not compatible for my iPhone 11 Pro Max. How is that possible?
