Chat with your dedicated Cedars-Sinai Connect medical provider, check your symptoms, and get treatment for chronic conditions, immediate health issues, mental health, and more. Major insurances accepted.

Cedars-Sinai Connect extends the medical care currently offered at Cedars-Sinai to your phone, connecting your virtual and in-person care in a single system with a shared medical record and care team.

With the Cedars-Sinai Connect mobile app, you can:

- Talk to a medical provider about immediate medical issues
- Make a virtual appointment with a Cedars-Sinai Connect provider dedicated to your care, who will collaborate with your in-person Cedars-Sinai provider if you have one
- Get clinically-proven information about your symptoms—the same information your provider uses to make smarter medical decisions
- Chat with your extended Cedars-Sinai Connect care team about any questions you have about your care, medical or not
- Stay on top of annual wellness visits, lab orders, medication management, and referrals
- Get help managing chronic conditions like depression, high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, and more

Cedars-Sinai Connect provides care for current and new Cedars-Sinai patients and is only available for users who are currently in California. All forms of health insurance accepted by Cedars-Sinai Health System can also be used to pay for services on the app.

Outstanding!

I had a very positive experience Thursday during my medical appointment at Cedars with:
GP Dr. Jefferey P. Salberg,
RN Maria,
front office reception staff,

I have a TBI and all the CS employees helped make my visit to the Tarzana medical clinic very successful and productive.
I arrived slightly early and was seen on time.
Had my vitals taken and had blood samples drawn by Maria who did an excellent job. Dr. Salberg is extremely organized and has the most remarkable memory of my medical history.
He has a very calm demeanor, makes me feel comfortable and important.
I trust his judgment, knowledge extensive training and experience in medicine.
He keeps up with current medical advances.
I once had a Dr. at Cedars, (Neurologist) long ago…
I mentioned a common medical term and he was unfamiliar with the term. I had worked as an ER EMT. I surprised that a Neurologist at Cedars Sinai was unfamiliar with the term C.T.E. (It was not that I was he did not hear me as I asked him repeatedly) Scary.
Dr. Salberg and the other people I mentioned by name in this review are solid. I would not give kudos if it was not deserved.

No real way to get ahold of Doctor

I was hopeful that this app would be another way to view a doctor while my PCP is booked - however this app is not it. While I had no problem getting a same day virtual appointment with a physician, following up with the doctor as instructed by him was. During my visit my doctor asked me to follow up with him if I did not have a scheduler call me to set up an imaging appointment but the only way to contact him to let him know that I did not receive a call is through a generic chat with assistants that said that they would “relay the message.” It’s been over a week now and I have not heard back from anyone. This is extremely disappointing. The regular “CS” app has the option where you can message your physician directly and that they (or their staff) must reply back to you within 48 hours. This CS Connect app apparently does not have the same rules around basic patient turn around times. This experience is definitely turning me off to using this service and switching providers in general.

Virtual Dr Visit

I was very impressed with the level of care I received from Cedars-Sinai Connect and amazed at how easy it was for me to sign up and secure a same/day appointment. The app worked flawlessly. The virtual visit itself most convenient, the doctor and I started via a chat and after receiving a link on my mobile phone, we quickly switched to video call. I’m very pleased with the service and happy to know it’s available for anyone in the state of California. When there is no need to be physically present for an appointment, this is the way to go. Will highly recommend!
