Celloux is the most bad app I have ever use in my life I regret my action for trusting you guys I deposited $500 bitcoin since Wednesday till now I don’t see any notification that bitcoin is deposited and I have been mailing their customer service no response hope it’s not what am thinking pls guys don’t use platform they are the most unfortunate app I have even traded with
Follow rules
The app has their rules and guidelines for all the customers. Stop condemning them, if your name and email isn’t match on your he app you will have a hard time when trading but I your name and emails match together you will never have a bad experience on here, however if there’s they will solve it within 24hrs if your info doesn’t match it take them long to fix your problem, which means it’s not their fault, they’re good never had any issues with them without solving or solutions, thanks
Need a refund back
I tried mailing you guys for refund back because my bank rejected the money being sent to me by celloux app because I enter daily transactions limit.. and since that I have mail you guys I don’t get a response back Please and please I need my money back refund me my money back pls
And this is not even my first time using this app.. pls a refund back to me
